Field Robot Talks

We want to conduct a workshop with short presentations (each max 10 min) and a following discussion. We will have so much expertise concentrated during the FRE days that we should discuss common problems!

The suggested topic this year is

Controller frameworks for mobile agricultural robots – state-of-the-art, future directions and how can we cooperate?

Background is that most of us are working on proprietary systems although some open source robotic libraries are huge. Unfortunately these libraries have only few agricultural adaptations.

Aim of the workshop is to get an overview about what is going on within different countries and if there are possibilities for cooperation to develop better systems.

We will provide beamer & screen and audio in the main / awarding tent.
